I wish they had music submissions for Deviantart too, though I know that's dangerous territory to tread for any media sharing site.

Anyway, what I'd mainly been doing as of late is music, for a project I call The Sirens. Partly, it's my own thing, partly it's an IRC group thing. I'd like to do art to really flesh out the concept in a lot of the story, especially the characters and locales, and I'd want to write it out in story form from the IRC logs, but more importantly is the music--it's about Sirens after all!

So, before each big IRC event, I'd written one or two tracks of orchestral music to go with it all. You can find it all at [link] . Now, these are all rough drafts, though I do plan to finalize all of these after editing them on my new PC!

...my new PC is sitting in three boxes on the other side of the state, waiting for me to build it. Anyway, I should have about 12 or so tracks by the time I'm done that I can put on a demo disc, put on BandCamp, and people can listen to them on iPods or whatever. It's a fun project, and I hope to make the Siren world a bit more involved and extensive, and have it grow into something I can show a lot of people. My big idea for that is to learn to do flash animation and put the music in, but that's a ways away.
